$165 per night (2 night minimum), $180 per night during Spring Break week, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving (with 3 day minimum stay)
$275 during Christmas Holidays. (5 night minimum during Christmas Holidays - but may not apply if fewer than 5 days remain between rentals)Christmas Holidays begin on the Friday that schools are let out and usually end
a couple of days before school goes back...normally about 2 weeks. |
