$160 per night, $255 during Christmas Holidays. Minimum stays may be required during holidays (Holidays begin on the Friday that schools are let out and end on the Saturday before school goes back...Usually about 2 weeks).
Included in Rental:
Snow Removal, Cable TV, wireless internet access, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Blankets, Pillows, Sheets, Bath Towels (Bring a Flashlight if arriving after dark.)
Additional Fees:
New Mexico State Tax - 8.32% (no lodging tax required at this property), $90.00 Cleaning & Laundry and $20.00 Hot Tub Fee (all of these are standard in Ruidoso. However, most places in Ruidoso charge an additional 5% lodgers tax)
This is a no-pet and no-smoking house.
